Early meniscal repair and anatomic reconstruction in a multiligament knee injury optimizes outcomes and restores tibiofemoral mechanics. This technique describes a lateral meniscus posterior root and radial tear repair, with concomitant medial ramp repair, performed during single-stage reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament, superficial medial collateral ligament, posterior oblique ligament, and anterolateral ligament.
