Radial tears of the lateral meniscus have limited healing potential and unfavorable biomechanics, and current suture constructs that use capsular rip-stop stitches may increase meniscal extrusion and constrain native motion. This technical note describes an all-inside, crossed, meniscus-based repair for complete or near-complete radial tears of the lateral midbody using a percutaneous needle. Key steps, indications, and rehabilitation are detailed. This construct aims to balance stability with preservation of meniscal mobility and vascularity; prospective clinical studies are required to confirm its long-term efficacy.
