Recent evidence suggests that meniscotibial ligament disruption with progressive extrusion often precedes medial meniscus posterior root tears, clarifying the limited efficacy of isolated root repair. Accordingly, combined root repair and centralization yield more favorable biomechanical restoration and clinical outcomes. This technical note describes an arthroscopic root repair reinforced by dual centralization to enhance stability and recovery.
